Message Templates

Overview of Message Templates

Through Jarvis’ Message Templates feature, Claims Professionals can pre-set commonly used messages in Jarvis, to be able to be sent later as full length, personalized messages in just two clicks.

Feature Details: 

  • Message templates can auto-populate Injured Worker, claim, or Claims Professional information based on the message thread.

  • Jarvis uses placeholders in message templates to auto-populate the appropriate Injured Worker, claim, and/or sender’s information based on the message context.

  • Use Message templates within any of Jarvis’ messaging features.


How To: Use Message Templates

  1. Go to the desired message where you want to use a Message Template.

  2. Click Message Template below the type box & select a template.

  3. Double check that it filled in the text correctly & click Send.

How To: View Message Templates

  1. Go to the Message Template tab

  2. Click Edit to view a template’s content

How To: Create or Edit Message Templates

  1. Go to the Message Templates tab

  2. To create, click New Templates

  3. To edit, click Edit on the desired template

  4. Update Title, Subject, and Message as desired. Use placeholders (see How To: Use Placeholders below) to auto-populate information based on the Injured Worker, claim, or the sender. 

  5. Click Save

How To: Use Placeholders

Note: Placeholders have the format: %%placeholder%%.

  1. Go to create or edit template & find the Add Fields section

  2. Click on the field that stores your desired information

    • Injured Worker: Includes fields to insert Injured Worker specific information

    • You: Includes fields to insert the sender’s specific information

    • Claim: Includes fields to insert claim specific information

  3. Click on the placeholder that you want to insert into the text

  4. Double check that the placeholder is in the correct place within the text

  5. Click Save to save your changes
